We are Rudi & Jolande, the husband and wife duo behind The Silbermanns (formerly known as Silber Studio). South African based award winning and published wedding and lifestyle photographers & videographers, available for destination weddings worldwide.
We are storytellers, partners in life and in art, dreamers, coffee and wine-lovers and night-owls. We are two unique individuals who share a mutual love for photography, art, poetry, travel, jazz, old movies and the beauty behind every story.
But most importantly we love each other and get to share our passion and purpose together. We pour all of our experience, hearts and souls into creating something will be a testimony of authentic romance. Drawn to an authentic, emotive, poetic and cinematic atmosphere, stories are what inspires us and the way we see photography, life and love. With a strong focus on authenticity, a sense of adventure and an eye for detail, our goal is to capture the real and raw moments of life.
The laugh until you cry moments, the happy tears, the quirky gestures, the inside jokes, the sweet silent whispers, the kiss on her forehead, the way your fingers intertwine - the whole thing! We are framing your story in heartfelt photos and film which will remain timeless for years to come.

We are passionate about producing imagery that evoke emotion and creating visual poetry. Both of us love the ocean and the mountains, we enjoy hiking and strive to live a healthy lifestyle. We are both artists and love making art together, we get inspired by everything around us - light, shadows, shapes, textures, sounds and smells.
With a love for travel, adventures and exploring we make it part of our lives to truly appreciate every single moment, pause and take it in. We love early morning coffee dates and watching the sun rise and chasing sunsets, as well as stay at home rainy days.
